FAQ
Weekend experience questions.
A wedding weekend is a multi-day celebration — typically Friday through Sunday — where the wedding party and closest family stay together at the venue for the rehearsal, the ceremony, and a farewell brunch. It replaces the rushed 6-hour traditional wedding with a memory the whole family lives inside.
A weekend dramatically reduces guest stress, eliminates hotel-shuttle logistics, lets families actually get to know each other, and turns a one-night party into three days of meaningful time together. Couples consistently say the rehearsal night and Sunday brunch are the moments they remember most.
Friday: cabin check-in, ceremony rehearsal, welcome party / rehearsal dinner, bonfire. Saturday: ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, late-night bonfire. Sunday: farewell brunch, slow goodbyes, 11am checkout.
Yes. Our cabins, tiny homes, and RV sites accommodate up to 80 on-property guests. Additional guests stay at Kirksville hotels 5 minutes away, with a managed room block included.
Surprisingly little. Our weekend packages start at $6,500 — comparable to many Saturday-only Missouri venues — and often save money overall because the venue, lodging, rehearsal dinner space, and brunch space are bundled.
